Colored foam interior

We produce this red/black foam interior for a client. The foam interiors are placed in a plastic container, leaving only the top side visible. By combining a black top layer with a red bottom layer, it is more noticeable when a cutout is empty. Using our own machinery, we split the foam sheets to the correct thickness and then heat-laminate them together. Milling machines then create the cutouts precisely to size, including various depths. For our client, who also rents out his products, it is easy to see if any parts are missing upon return.
