Aluminum pallet for ASML Delft B.V.

We recently developed an aluminum pallet with a sealed top for ASML Delft B.V. Our pallets are utilized as transport systems within their cleanrooms. As the top of the pallet needed to be solid, we equipped it with an aluminum sandwich panel. The panel is welded to the base with completely airtight and watertight seams. The use of trapezoidal profiles allows the pallet to be lifted from all sides with a pallet jack. Our aluminum cleanroom pallets are burr-free, GMP-certified, and ESD-safe.
