Custom flight case with mobile functionality

We developed a custom flight case for this large and fragile product for our client. Due to the shape of the product, no standard options were available, making a custom solution necessary. The black plastic panels are held together with 30/30mm profiles and reinforced corners. By utilizing two integrated wheels and one of the three mounted handles, this case is also easy to transport. The flight case can then be used as a trolley case. To keep the product securely in place within the flight case, we equipped it with two milled inserts made of black LD29 foam and two convoluted foam panels in the lid. We regularly deliver batches of several pallets of these products to our highly valued client. We specialize in producing custom flight cases!
