Custom CV Waterproof Case

Our client uses two measuring tools to measure the shell thickness of eggs. They were looking for a case solution for transport. The most important requirement: the tools must not touch each other and must be fixed in place, even during intensive use.

Due to the long, flat shape, we recommended a CV Waterproof 2730. Hygiene also played a major role. That is why we opted for an interior made of closed-cell rigid foam. This material is sturdy and absorbs hardly any moisture.

We have created two milled bottom parts with recesses at different depths. This way, both tools have their own place and are stable. The lid interior is designed to keep the tools in place, but not to press against the mounting hardware. Once the case is closed, the tools can no longer move. The result is a robust plastic case with a smart interior. Precisely fitting, hygienic and ready for daily use.
