Low-budget transport packaging

A few weeks ago, we received an inquiry from a company looking for low-budget transport packaging. They wanted to be able to safely ship their product worldwide to end customers in single-use transport packaging. During their testing phase, they tried using all-cardboard packaging because foam inlays were not considered cost-effective.

We developed a packaging solution using ‘Calvo Open Cell foam’ that met both quality and aesthetic requirements while remaining cost-effective. Our ‘CV OC foam’ is significantly more affordable than all rigid foam variants, yet still offers high quality. We used our cutting machines to create custom-fit cutouts, ensuring the products fit perfectly. By using different foam inlays within a single box, products are well-protected across multiple layers. For a relatively low cost, we are able to produce high-quality, professional transport packaging.
