Transport cases with tension straps

We regularly manufacture these transport cases with tension straps, which our client uses to pack and ship various fire extinguishers worldwide. This involves our waterproof case, the ‘CV Waterproof 1448’, featuring a custom interior.

The cases are finished with a rigid foam lining, consisting of wall panels and a base and lid interior. Recesses have been made in the base interior through which the tension straps, mounted in the bottom of the case, enter the interior. These recesses are filled back in with the cut-out sections, making them barely visible. With the four tension straps featuring stainless steel buckles and buckle protectors, it is possible to securely lash the fire extinguishers into the cases without damaging them.

The combination of a strong plastic case, a durable interior, and the installation of tension straps with a load capacity of 250 kg makes this product a sustainable solution for our client. Developing and producing such robust transport packaging is our specialty.
