Extra strong profile
Our flight cases are manufactured with aluminum 30/30 mm profiles. This ensures extra rigidity and protection compared to lighter case solutions. Due to the sturdy construction, flight cases are suitable for applications where average aluminum cases are not strong enough.
Reinforced parts for heavier loads
The flight cases are equipped with reinforced profiles, closures, corner pieces, handles, and hinges. This allows heavier products to be transported safely, even with repeated use and intensive handling. If desired, the flight cases can be equipped with wheels, so they are easy to move.
Custom flight cases (from 5 pieces)
Because applications vary greatly, flight cases are always assembled on request. Customization is possible from 5 pieces, where dimensions, construction, material, and details are tailored to your product and usage situation. This creates a transport packaging that truly fits what you are transporting.
Choice of different sheet materials
The sheet material depends on the desired balance between weight, strength, and appearance. There are possibilities with:
Surface finish: foil or laminate
For wooden sheet materials, finishes such as foil or laminate are possible. Foils give a sleek, representative appearance and are optically virtually indistinguishable from plastic. Laminate with an epoxy resin top layer is suitable for intensive use and offers extra resistance to wear, oil, acids, and heat. Laminate is also available in various colors.
Custom interiors
Optimum ease of use is created with a good layout of the flight case. This ensures that products remain stable, protected, and clear during transport. Interiors can be fully tailored to your products, for example with:
Waterproof flight cases (IP67) and air freight (ATA 300)
For situations where equipment must remain dry or is transported internationally, there are also waterproof versions. These are available with a possible IP67 waterproof rating and are suitable for air transport according to the ATA 300 standard. Waterproof versions are available in 400 standard sizes, in various colors, and can also be equipped with suitable interiors.
